Privacy policy for digital products and experiences offered by Dr. Erienne Weine
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the products and experiences offered by the business entity Dr. Erienne Weine DBA Fresh Philosophy (known hereafter as the "School") use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users (each, a “Student”). This Privacy Policy applies to all digital products, courses, coaching and other experiences offered by the School. This policy covers the data practices of the School but not those of any and all host sites, which, if used, are detailed in their own privacy policies.
Information Collected
The School may collect personal identification information from students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources that are made available in the School. Some identifying information is required to be collected for students to enroll in the School, to ensure safety of all students and identify students as unique human customers who are here to consume content and engage with the School on an individual level. The School only collects personal identification information from Students when and if they voluntarily submit such information. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities. The following information may be collected:
Personal identifiers such as name, email address, physical address.
Payment information made available through a third-party provider; the School does not store sensitive financial details.
Activity such as information about student progress and engagement with products and courses of study.
Device and usage data information gathered automatically by host platforms via cookies and analytics, including IP addresses, browser type, and activity on pages.
How Collected Information is Used
The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:
To provide course experiences and to personalize the user experience: To deliver and communicate with students about course content, updates, and services both general and student-specific.
To improve customer service: To respond to customer service requests and support needs efficiently.
To analyze user behavior and enhance content: Information in the aggregate an on an individual level is used to understand how Students as a group and personally use the services and resources provided by the School. This applies to quizzes, questionnaires, module progress inside of courses, any comments or information provided by students inside course portals, and student information collected by the School and host platform in general.
For marketing and promotional purposes: Student information may be used to communicate with students about promotional and marketing information such as sending newsletters. Promotional content will be provided with an opt-out option; basic and necessary communication regarding product delivery, paid experience details, meeting coordination, and course content will not.
To send periodic emails: The School may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order, products, courses, and related content. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Data security
The School protects user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction by using secure data handling practices such as storing individual Student information primarily on host data servers, using encryption (e.g., SSL) for data transmission, storing transmitted Student data on secure external servers and devices, anonymizing Student information being processed on external drives where possible, and limiting access to personal information to necessary personnel. The School acknowledges the limitations of online security and will not guarantee the security of personal information within and outside of these measures.
Sharing your personal information
The School does not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others. If required by law, the School may disclose Student information. Dr. Erienne Weine and Fresh Philosophy may email the Student via independent email providers in communication about the products, course details, marketing, or related content. The host platform and any third party providers of services through the host platform such as transactions may process user data according to their own policies; please see individual host privacy policies for details.
Third party websites
Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. The School does not control the content or links that appear on these websites and aristhee not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to the School or School-employed host platforms, isaresubject to that website's own terms and policies.
User rights
Students of this course have the right to access their personal data that has been collected by the School. They may email the School administrator to request a copy of their data collected by the School, request corrections or deletions, and opt out of data processing or marketing communications at dr.erienneweine@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
The products, courses, and services of the School are not for users under the age of 13. The School does not knowingly enroll and/or collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes this has occurred, please contact the course administrator immediately at dr.erienneweine@gmail.com.

By accessing any products, courses, or services in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access these products, contents and services. Your continued access of products, course and services provided by the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
